Name your group, pick the exchange date and an optional budget, then share one link. Everyone joins from that link with their name. When they're all in you press draw, and each person is told privately who they're buying for.

Yes. Everyone joins from the link in their browser with just their name: no app, no account, no password. They can add an email if they want their draw sent to them.

Yes. The whole thing runs from a link, so it works for remote teams and for families in different cities. Each person opens their own private page to see who they drew, and gets it by email too if they added one.

Yes. Before you draw, add an exclusion for any two people from your organiser dashboard, and they will not be matched with each other.

Not unless you choose to. Pairings are hidden by default, so you can take part in your own Secret Santa without spoiling it. You can switch them on from your dashboard if you'd rather keep an eye on things.

Yes. Set a budget and its currency when you create the group. Everyone sees it on their own page, and you can change it later from your dashboard.

Leave a short hint on your page, like "coffee, crime novels, nothing scented", and whoever drew you sees it. In the PrezziePal app you can also attach a wishlist, so your Santa sees exactly what you would love.

They can still join with the same link after the draw. You'll be prompted to redraw so they're included, and everyone gets their new match.

You need at least three people to draw names, and a group can have up to 100.

Yes. Once names are drawn, everyone who added an email or uses the app is reminded three days before the exchange date.

Yes. A Secret Santa is a name-draw gift exchange: everyone in the group draws one name and buys that person a gift. The draw works the same at any time of year, so you can use it for a birthday or an office gift swap too.
